Overhead Lunges

With the bar overhead with extended arms , we proceed to lunge forward with left and right leg alternating, keeping the weights up throughout the movement.

Full Body

Russian Swing

We take the kettlebell, and open our legs slightly. With arms relaxed, we must push the weight with our hips up, helping our arms to rise to the level of our eyes.
