Sitting on the bench, we support all of our arms on the bench and grasp the bar or dumbbells with our hands facing upwards. Without moving the arms, and with them stretched out, we begin the exercise. We breath in and bend the elbows to bring our hands to our chest with the weight. We exhale, and return to the starting position.
