Jump squats

 Jump squats are a plyometric exercise that combines strength and explosiveness. Start in a squat position with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees bent, and torso upright. From this position, perform an explosive jump upwards, fully extending your legs and optionally swinging your arms for balance. Upon landing, bend your knees to absorb the impact and return directly to the squat position. This exercise is excellent for strengthening leg muscles, enhancing power, and improving cardiovascular endurance.
