Make sure the seat is adjusted to a comfortable height. When you sit down, your legs should be almost fully extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke, with a slight bend in the knee. Sit on the seat and place your feet on the pedals, ensuring they are securely fastened.
Grip the handlebars with both hands, keeping your arms slightly bent. Start the movement by pedaling forward with your legs, maintaining a steady rhythm. Use your arms to push and pull the handlebars as you pedal. Ensure that your movement is smooth. Your arms and legs should work in sync; when you push the handlebars forward, you should be driving the pedals down and vice versa.
